Recently, the intelligent packaging production line and trayturnover system built by Shanghai Lilan for KEEP LOVING HEALTHY FOOD Digital Intelligent Manufacturing Factory have been officially put into operation.
The project officially started construction in April 2024, with a total investment of approximately 120 million yuan. According to the production process and packaging flow of boxed duck blood, the food company has introduced a series of new automated production equipment such as the Lilan fully automatic loading and unloading pallet sterilization system, pallet turnover system, robot packing system and conveying system, fully automatic palletizing system and intelligent storage system. The entire operation process is efficient and smooth, and we are committed to building a digital productionworkshop. After the production line is put into operation, it can produce 15 million boxed duck blood products annually, and the annual output value can reach 400 million yuan after all are in operation.
